Submit Your Verification Documents

To activate your Student or Institutional Plan, you must submit the required verification documents. This process ensures that only eligible users receive the appropriate discounts and benefits.

Verification Criteria​

Student Plan

  • A verified educational email address (.edu, .ac.uk, etc.)
  • Current transcript showing enrollment status

Institutional Plan

  • A verified educational email address (.edu, .ac.uk, etc.)
  • Tax exemption documentation (if applicable)

How to Upload Your Documents​

Use our support portal to upload your documentation. Once received, we will review it within 5 business days, but most verifications are completed much sooner — often within 24 hours.

You can continue using your account while your verification is being processed.

If there is an issue with your documentation, our support team will contact you with details and next steps.​

Student Plan Duration & Renewal​

  • Student Plans are valid for a limited period and may require periodic re-verification.
  • You will be notified in advance if updated proof of enrollment is required.
  • Failure to provide updated documentation within the allowed timeframe may result in temporary suspension of student pricing or account access.

Common Issues & Important Notes​

  • Submitted documents must clearly show your name, institution, and current enrollment status.
  • Expired, cropped, or unclear documents may delay approval.
  • If verification is not completed within the provided window, the account may be temporarily deactivated until verification is resolved.

Do I need a .edu, .ac.uk, or similar educational email?​

No, but it is highly recommended. Students in regions without educational email domains may submit alternative documentation.

Yes. Student Plans can be upgraded to standard plans at any time.

Can I use the Student Plan for team or company work?​

No. Student pricing is intended for individual educational use only.
