✓Bug Fixes

  • Movie Magic import: credits now import with the same values Movie Magic uses, so the imported budget's Net total matches Movie Magic. When Movie Magic adds a credit to the budget instead of deducting it, the import preview lists that credit in a warning
  • Flat incentives that add to the budget show without parentheses on the Top Sheet, so the incentive rows add up to the Incentives Total
  • Editing an imported flat incentive keeps its account number (for example 9809) instead of changing it
  • Worksheet: text typed in the formula editor stays visible as the editor grows, instead of disappearing until you click in it
  • New Budget: a new Project Folder name you type is used, instead of the budget being saved to an existing folder
  • Windows: the main window fits the screen and opens on the screen you are working on, instead of opening partly off screen. On smaller screens it opens maximized
  • The Top Sheet appears straight away when you go back to it from an account, instead of staying blank for a few seconds

  • In shared budgets, Department-only access now covers totals, reports and Rate Entry: people limited to certain departments see totals for their own departments, reports include only those departments, and Rate Entry lists only their departments
  • In shared budgets, Budget-wide actions (Budget Adjustments, Batch Insert, flat incentives) now require full budget access
  • In shared budgets, the Change Log shows every collaborator's changes with no time limit, and can be filtered by person, account, field, location, phase and worksheet
  • If budgets changed while offline can't be uploaded, a notice lists them and lets you export a backup copy of each
  • Budget Adjustment lines accept decimal Use % values, for example 12.5%
  • In shared budgets, an open report shows when the budget has changed since it was generated, with a Refresh button; Export waits until the report is refreshed

  • Redesigned Ratebook Manager, with full ratebook names and a clear message when a budget has no ratebooks
  • Editing Location, Phase, Day Type, Unit or dates, and pasting or drag-filling, no longer freezes the app for several seconds in new, imported or heavily edited budgets
  • Budgets with many formula references open and save without freezing
  • Pasting, editing and recalculating lines is faster, especially on large sheets and in shared budgets
  • Faster cell selection in Details, faster reports for large budgets, and faster line change history
  • The Change Log opens faster on personal budgets with a long change history
  • Shared budgets open and recalculate with far fewer server requests, so editing is quicker on slower connections
  • Offline changes that fail to upload are retried automatically and stay queued until everything has reached the server
  • The app switches to offline reliably when the server stops responding, and a brief network drop or a busy window no longer takes it offline
  • Sign-in, two-step verification and code requests are protected against repeated attempts, with a countdown showing when you can try again
  • New passwords are checked against known data breaches, and you're prompted to update a weak or breached password after signing in
  • Pasting a password longer than the allowed length shows a message instead of shortening it without telling you
  • On budgets shared with you, filter and Sub Budget presets are read-only, and Duplicate Budget and Create Sub Budget are reserved for the owner
  • Shared budgets open only once the owner's sharing settings have loaded
  • Opening a shared budget whose access has ended, or that has no departments left for you, now explains why instead of opening
  • Live edits, locks and presence in shared budgets reach only people who currently have access
  • Day Types changes in a shared budget follow the same rules as the Budget Calendar: the latest copy is loaded first, and changes are paused while others are in the budget
  • Lines created by the Budget Wizard get a default Unit (Days or Weeks)
  • CountCast and CountLaborAll set a line's Unit to Allow, and TotalEps sets it to Episode
  • Goalpost budgets can't be shared, duplicated, or moved or copied into a workspace, and a message explains why
  • Copying or drag-filling date, episode and cast count data references sets the matching Unit on the destination lines
  • Newly inserted and pasted lines are selected and scrolled into view
  • If a copied header has been deleted before you paste, the paste stops with a message and no lines are changed
  • Deleting more Top Sheet accounts while a previous delete is still saving now asks you to wait
  • Deleting accounts and sub-accounts in shared budgets is faster
  • The fill handle in Details now fills up or down only

  • Fixed incentive credits when a percent cap includes fringes, and when a spend ceiling is set to Sub Account
  • Fixed updating a flat incentive removing other incentives, and removed percentage incentives coming back
  • Fixed deleting a percentage incentive group in a shared budget leaving its credit on lines
  • Fixed editing a flat incentive on the Top Sheet sometimes opening an empty dialog
  • Fixed adjustment lines and flat incentives based on an account, for example 10% of account 1100, not updating when that account's total changed
  • Fixed adjustment lines based on an account number that contains letters, for example B or 1100A, using another account's total
  • Fixed a deleted sub-account or tax stopping every other adjustment line from updating
  • Fixed fringe amounts on a line left on its own after a fringe range was removed
