The Accessibility preference pane is where various application-wide settings are managed. These settings apply globally and affect all budgets across the application.

Accessibility Options

The following accessibility options are available in Budgeter.

Setting	Description	Data Type
Show Horizontal Row Borders	Displays horizontal row border lines on all layers of the budget when enabled. Options: Checked – Horizontal row borders are shown. Unchecked – No horizontal row borders are shown. The default setting is: Checked	Checkbox
Show Vertical Column Borders	Displays vertical border lines between columns on all layers of the budget. Options: Checked – Vertical column borders are shown. Unchecked – No vertical column borders are shown. The default setting is: Unchecked	Checkbox
Show Alternating Row Shading	Enables alternating row shading to improve readability across all layers of the budget. Options: Checked – Alternating row shading is applied. Unchecked – No shading is applied. The default setting is: Unchecked	Checkbox
Show Location Colors In Line Item Details	Displays Location Names using the colors assigned in the Element Manager - Locations. Options: Checked – Location names appear in their assigned colors Unchecked – Location names appear without color. The default setting is: Checked	Checkbox

After choosing a selection, press OK to save your choice. The application will refresh to apply the change.

Pressing Reset Defaults will return the settings to their default state.
