Budget Setup
On this screen, you can adjust settings for Budget Setup and New Detail Lines. The Budget Setup preference pane and its settings are applicable to each individual budget.
Budget Setup Options
This section allows you to define the budget’s project type, choose currency display preferences, and configure decimal visibility and precision for totals.

| Decimal Places displayed | Set how many decimal places should be shown in numerical fields across the budget. | Dropdown |
New Detail Line Settings
The New Detail Line Settings section controls which fields are automatically copied from the line above when creating a new line (outside of Header Rows) in the budget. This helps speed up data entry and maintain consistency across similar line items.
After choosing a selection, press OK to save your choice. The application will refresh to apply the change.
Pressing Reset Defaults will return the settings to their default state.
