Project Details
Project Details holds your production's title-block information and logos. You add it once, and every report for that budget can use it. Update it here and each saved report picks up the change the next time you create it.
To open it, choose Budget → Project Details, or click Project Details in the left panel of the Reports window. The details belong to the budget currently selected in the Budget dropdown.

Custom Details
Need something that isn't listed above, such as a Director, Studio Contact or Draft Date? Click Add Custom Detail + and enter a Name and a Value. You can add up to five.
Report Images
Upload a Default Logo and an Alternate Logo. The recommended size is 320 × 180, and the files must be JPG or PNG. After you choose a file, a crop tool lets you frame it. These are the two images you can pick on the report Cover Page and Topsheet title page. A common setup is the production company logo as the default and the studio or network logo as the alternate.
Click Save when you're done.
Using details in a report
In any report text box (cover page, Topsheet title page, header or footer), type #. A menu lists every project detail that has a value, including your custom details. Pick one to insert it.
Inserted details are linked, not copied. If you change Prepared By or the budget Status here, every saved report shows the new value the next time you create it. You don't need to edit each report.
Put the budget Status (for example Draft 4 – 03/12) in a footer on every report. Update it once in Project Details for each new draft, and every report you print is labeled correctly.
